In reference to current reports no 28/2008 and no 30/2008 Management Board of HTL-STREFA S.A. informs that on 19th June 2008 the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) issued a statement of Operating Department concerning a registration of 399.330 C.2 series bearer regular shares registered under code PLHTLST00010.

Above mentioned shares will be registered on 20th June 2008 according to
the KDPW Management resolution no 348/08 of 10th June 2008.
