Management Board of HTL-STREFA S.A. informs, that shareholders who held at least 5% of the votes at Shareholders Meeting on 26th June 2008 were:
Andrzej Czernecki, Noryt Company Establishment and Wojciech Wyszogrodzki.

Andrzej Czernecki held 25 700 000 shares (39.92 % of Company’s share capital) that provided 25 700 000 votes which meant 51.17 % of votes represented at Company’s Shareholder Meeting and 39.92% in the Company’s total vote.

Noryt Company Establishment held 19 525 000 shares (30.33 % of Company’s share capital) provided 19 525 000 votes, which meant 38.88 % of votes represented at Company’s Shareholder Meeting and 30.33 % in the Company’s total vote.

Wojciech Wyszogrodzki held 5 000 000 shares (7.77 % of Company’s share capital) provided 5 000 000 votes which meant 9.96 % of votes represented at Company’s Shareholders Meeting and 7.77 % in the Company’s total vote.
