Elżbieta Agnieszka Szymańska - V-ce President Sales & Marketing, Member of the Board
Elżbieta Agnieszka Szymańska graduated from the Chemistry Department of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1998 earned PhD in chemistry. In 2000 finished post-graduate studies in Management and Marketing. Also participated in Advance Management Programme at IESE Business School in Barcelona, which she finished in April 2009.
In years 1992-1998 employed as an assistant at the Warsaw University of Technology, at the Special Polymers Chemistry Faculty. During six years of her academic career published a multitude of research essays and patent applications.
In July 1998 joined the company Dow Polska Sp. z.o.o, affiliate of the The Dow Chemical Company. During 9 years of her work held various positions at different levels of European Division Sales and Marketing, polyolefins and specialized plastics.
In August 2007, became Director of Business Unit Sealants at Selena FM SA, responsible for worldwide sales and product development. Simultaneously managed six manufacturing plants producing sealants in different regions. From February 2009 Member of the Board of Selena Group and from July 2010 Chairman of the Board of Research Center of Construction Technology, engaged in research and development activities.
Since August 2011 V-ce President Sales and Marketing at HTL Group and Member of the Board at HTL-STREFA S.A.
