Jarosław Bieszczad is a graduate of the Faculty of Industry Organization and Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, he also graduated from the Faculty of Geodesy at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. He underwent a series of training programs, at the International School of Banking and Finances in Katowice, Advanced Program for Leaders (in Finland), International Program for Leaders (in Barcelona and Finland).

Before joining HTL, he worked at Silesian Cable factory in Czechowice Dziedzice as Financial Department Supervisor and the Attorney of the Joint Stock Company. In 1996, he was appointed the Chief Financial Officer and Attorney of Huhtamaki Polska Sp. z o. o., where he was responsible for Finances, Accounting, Controlling, IT and Human Resources Department. At the same time, he supervised local projects concerning the implementation of ERP  and warehousing data soutions, as well as Lotus Notes, fusion of companies and further expansion of manufacturing facilities (in terms of finances, schedule, transfer of production from other plants of the group and relationships with contractors), and define the European projects common charts of accounts, standards implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite for Finance, the study of SSC with location in Poland.

In the years 2008-2011 he worked at POCH S.A., initially as V-ce President for Finance, responsible for co-creation of the company’s development strategy, obtaining funding and grants for investment projects and planned implementation of BI solutions. In 2010 became President of the Board and was responsible for implementing the strategy and the dynamic development of POCH S.A.

Since September 2011 V-ce President /Finance/ at HTL Group and Member of the Board at HTL-STREFA S.A.
