Tomasz Wałęsa - Member of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

Graduated from University of Agriculture in Cracow, Marketing and Management Faculty and from AGH University of Science and Technology, Psychology and Sociology Faculty.

In 1996-2003 associated with the company Huhtamaki (Polarcup) Poland in Katowice, initially as Product Development Manager, and since 1997 as Director of Purchasing and Logistics and Production Director. In 2000-2003 Project Manager responsible for design, built and start up of the modern production and logistics facility.

Starting from 2003 Vice-President in POCH responsible for Sales and Marketing and then for production, quality control, logistics, purchasing and environmental protection. Responsible for the project of acquisition of Labscan Irish company as well as the transfer of equipment and technology for in-house production of high purity solvents for HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). 2007-2010 Chairman of the Board at POCH SA.

From October 2010 Chief Operating Officer at HTL Group, additionally a Member of the Board starting from January 2011. Since 1st of April 2011 Chief Executive Officer.
