HTL-STREFA S.A. Management ("Company") announces that on 22 March 2010, the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") under § 25, point g) of the Company Statute decided to set by resolution No. 5 Mr. Bartlomiej Trzebiński as member of the Supervisory Board.
Bartlomiej Trzebiński now works in EQT Partners. Previously, he was employed at Warburg Pincus and Goldman Sachs International in London. Has a master degree in finance and banking at Warsaw School of Economics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
According to the statements by Mr. Bartlomiej Trzebiński:
- he is not engaged in any activity that would be competetive in relation to the activities of HTL-STREFA SA. Moreover he also does not perform a competitive partnership or isn not a partner or a member of the body of a company or member of any other competitive legal person
- Does not appear in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act
