Legal basis: Art. 70 paragraph 1 of the Public Offering Act - acquisition or disposal of a qualifying holding

"Under Article 69, paragraph. 2, paragraph 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539) (" the Act " ), we announce that the company Terantium Investments Sp z oo with its seat at ul. Grzybowska 5, 00-132 Warsaw (Terantium "), increased the share of more than 33% held in the total share capital and the total number of votes at the General Meeting of HTL-STREFA SA, a public company with its seat at ul. Adamówek 7, 95-035 Ozorków ( "HTL-STREFA") by at least 1% of the total number of votes.

Increasing the share was due to the compulsory purchase of shares, referred to in Article. Paragraph 82. 1 of the Act. On 26 February 2010, shares of HTL-STREFA, which resulted in the increased participation of previously owned, have been recorded in the securities account of Terantium.

Before increasing its stake, Terantium had 63,092,878 HTL-STREFA shares, entitling Terantium to exercise 63,092,878 votes at the General Meeting of HTL-STREFA, representing 97.68% of the total number of votes.

On the day of this notification Terantium has 64,593,731 HTL-STREFA shares, entitling Terantium to exercise 64,593,731 votes at the General Meeting of HTL-STREFA, representing 100% of the total number of votes.

Subsidiaries of Terantium do not have HTL-STREFA shares. Moreover, Terantium did not conclude a contract referred to in Article. 87 paragraph 1 point 3. c of the Act, ie a contract whose purpose is to give power to exercise voting rights. "
