In IIIQ2008 HTL-STREFA S.A. sold ca. 168,300,000 pcs. of safety lancets (growth by 108.5% YoY) ca. 270,000,000 pcs. of personal lancets (growth by 74,3% YoY).

After three quarters of 2008 sales volumes amount to:
* ca. 504,400,000 pcs. of safety lancets (growth by 130,8% YoY)
* ca. 384,300,000 pcs. of personal lancets (growth by 39,1% YoY).

Disclosed Board's forecast indicates a sales volume of ca. 660,000,000 pcs. of safety lancets and ca. 900,000,000 pcs. of personal lancets in 2008.

Due to preliminary data after three quarters HTL-STREFA realized 76.4 % of sales volume forecast for safety lancets and 72.7 % of sales volume forecast for personal lancets.
